I think it is more noticeable due to the rectangular shape connection at the column.

100% - you are correct, this is one of the main factors that triggers my OCD

The good news is that Rivian SC was able to make it perfectly straight this time (the second time).
I also noticed (and maybe I am wrong here, but it seems to be true) - my miles/kWh improved by 10% after alignment.
