Was so jacked up about seeing mine that I forgot to take more pics. In the background of the one pic I did take are a few RB, a few other FG and a GW. There were at least 2, maybe 3 LG on the chargers. I feel like I saw at least one of the "brighter" colors (so Red or Yellow), but wasn't paying attention to wheels outside the FGs.

It's so close that I'll probably swing by again at some point in the next day or 2 so I'll update if I stop by.

Personally, I ignored the explicit instructions and uploaded a copy of my current insurance card. I also contacted my guide and said what I'd done and why I'd done it ("I'm not making policy changes until I have a firm effective date"). I got forwarded to an insurance specialist (someone with Rivian insurance) who said "yeah, it's weird for us too -- I wish they'd give us the effective date as well." Anyways, long story short, the day before delivery, when they were validating the full file, our guide asked for the actual proof of insurance, and we emailed it over.

I gave them feedback at the time that their sequencing doesn't make sense. I think it's partly an Illinois-ism (requiring proof of insurance of the specific vehicle to issue the temporary registration). In WA (and many other states), our policy automatically covers us in a new vehicle for 30 days, giving us ample time to contact our insurer after the transaction to make any needed changes.

Did everyone sign the contracts in advance? I am not accustomed to signing in advance of seeing the vehicle. With Tesla, I waited until after inspection and brought a cashiers check.

I am taking delivery in Orlando, Florida, and the hurricane/storm currently looks like it will be in the area later this week. I really don’t even know if the truck is at the service center. The guide hasn’t been very clear.

I did receive an email and signed a few docs (one of them being: Retail Installment Contract). Not sure if there's another one to sign during delivery. My payment step (7) still shows in progress after I paid down thru plaid and scheduled pickup time is tomorrow.

They did have us wet sign most documents at delivery. But still signed the online stuff ahead of time.
