Strange behaviors in 2024.27.01

I'm not sure if this is just my truck, but since the 2024.27.01 update to my Gen 1 R1T, I have noticed a bunch of new "behaviors". First the system always adjusts the volume to 0 at startup. There's nothing in the notes about this and I haven't seen any settings for it yet (haven't had time to look super deeply though). Second, I've noticed that the heads up map does not load until I look at the map at least once.

Have others seen similar since updating? Or do I need to reset/call Rivian?

I’ve seen the one with the map where the driver screen left side is just blank. Shows up after opening nav. infotainment reset might have fixed it.

Thought just off the cuff. I wonder if the map change was an attempt to reduce vampire drain. On a phone, keeping the map open is a major drain too.

Always do that first. And not talking shit...it takes less time than posting about it, LOL.

My sound always returns to whatever was set. I don't use the map on the driver display. Also, the next update is rolling out right now, as we speak, so don't get too deep into fixing this.

Seemed like i lost my garage toggle on the steering wheel in that update, but it's updating again now, so let's see what next release does and if it fixes it.

Totally. Posting was more because I was away from the truck when it popped into my head.
