Submitted my R2 - Borealis color

I just submitted my R2 Launch Edition order for Borealis color with Coastal Cloud Signature interior. Rivian says I am now on a waiting list of when that color will be available. Is anyone else on a waiting list? Any idea when Rivian will start making that configuration? Am I waiting 2 months or 6 months? thanks!

Shown on the R2 configuration page are when those options are expected to be available: Borealis (September) and Coastal Cloud (August). So the exterior color choice is your big limiting factor there...

You did not submit an order, they simply will just email you when those become available.

I was told I could place an order. When I used the configurator (White with Coastal Cloud, 21" wheels), I was told I'm on the waiting list, and could expect to place an order between December and February...

You can place an order, if you chose to order an available configuration. You chose something not yet available so although your invite has been called, you do not have a confirmed order. You did not pay the additional $400 non-refundable deposit and thus don't have an actual order yet.
It's like if a product is back ordered . You can click the "notify me" button but usually can't place an actual order until it is back in stock.

I have a simple question that I think I already know the answer to so I apologize for not being sure. Are the $100 reservation fee and the $400 non-refundable deposit credited towards the final price of your order? I'm fairly sure they would be but wanted to update my spreadsheet.
