Tempe Service Center is opening

I don't know if this has been posted anywhere yet, but I received a call a few days ago to move my appointment to the SC in Tempe. They mentioned they are still ramping up the center, but instead of driving up to Deer Valley to have my tonneau cover fixed, I can now bring it to the Tempe SC.

Good news and badly needed. When I first saw the Phoenix SC up in Deer Valley i thought it was way too small. Seems like the city or neighbors have cracked down on street parking, too, so there must be a lot of shuttling back and forth between the satellite lot.

What is the address or major cross streets of the Tempe SC? I’m about 10-11 miles from Phoenix SC. Guessing Tempe will be about the same for me.

Good to have options and hopefully shorter wait times.

The service side is real big. If you go around back they have the most Rivian I have seen. They had the new dune for display too. They own the whole warehouse.

Nice. I’m in downtown Mesa, so no more hike to Phoenix.

Just dropped my R1T off there today, place is big. Staff was great, tech came out and went over all the service requests. I believe she said they have 6 lifts up and running now, more to come. Starting slow, but they are expanding. Lots of new deliveries in the back waiting. 5 people were picking while i was there. Rivian loaners are hard to come by at the moment. 5-10 minute uber to Enterprise on Priest. Rivian covered that and covers the gas at rental return, no need to fill back up to the level at pickup. Can drop off at Enterprise and they will shuttle you back to the service center or drop it off at the service center, Enterprise will pick it up. Can pickup your Rivian after hours as well. Overall, great experience so far.

it is open already. I had my 12 V batteries replaced there about a month ago. Much nicer facility than North Phoenix. Also, as a Tempe resident way closer for me.
