Tesla App down?

Just trying to use my Tesla charging subscription today. Only get black screen and spinning wheel. Thank goodness for the Rivian “plug and play” account.
Assuming it has to do with AWS outage.

Likely, yes. There was a great deal of impact to many businesses due to the Amazon Web Services outage that impacted AWS. My Home Assistant and others integrated with Rivian require re-Authentication this morning.

I agree, probably AWS. I was at an EVGO DCFC station yesterday watching multiple people with non-Rivians lose their $hiet over their apps not working. I luckily had already set up mine for plug and charge. Even for me, the first attempt stalled and I had to unplug and replug it back in. One guy literally tried to connect his Porsche 10 times on multiple chargers, cursing like a sailor; I was worried he was going to go full Rambo in frustration.
