Tesla high-speed stopped working

Last two times I've stopped at a Tesla supercharger the charging won't start. Just got off the phone with rivian and no luck. Using an A to Z gen 1 adapter that's never had problems. Anyone else having this issue? Started to happen about 3 weeks ago

Older SC that only go to 150 speed won’t work, need 250 speed newer ones. Tesla app will show compatible ones.

Can you provide the locations, only specific ones are compatible. If it is not on the Rivian nav screen it is not compatible.

You can filter the Tesla Supercharger map on NACS compatible locations.

Betting you pulled a noob and went to a location that isn’t open to non-Teslas.

No they're both locations have been to before and they've worked fine. I've been able to see 212 KW Peak charge times at both locations. No ironically I think it's actually a pin that is been pushed back in the adapter. I was able to use a level 2 Tesla and narrowed it down to an adapter error.
