HW3 is prevalent but tesla did not sell full autonomy except in 2018. So the number of HW3 which paid for a full autonomy package is very low. And tesla offered many of these 2018 owners FSD transfer, so they have switched to HW4

The number of people in need of a retrofit is so low that tesla could theoretically give them a brand new car

The HW3 cars just don’t disappear. They find new owners and continue to be on the road with their inferior capabilities.

And the end goal is to build cybercab which will greatly outnumber other tesla vehicles.

That’s great. Except you already admitted you have no idea how many deaths and injuries have involved Tesla autonomous driving systems, remember? You tried to point me to a crowdsourced website that doesn’t include injuries, close calls, potentially dangerous illegal driving like going the wrong way around roundabouts, etc., etc…

Tesla could answer all those questions by releasing the raw data to be analyzed. There must be a reason they won’t do that….
