Don't underestimate the need for big buttons in the back. You are hunching over trying to smoosh a 1x1 square while in a moving vehicle.
My "adult" (26 y/o) daughter would take her shoe off and use her toes. She can open a door, give you a real pinch, or even pick up a spoon off the floor and put it in the dishwasher.

Same here, except it's noises my dad makes. He's 95. My daughter is quick to point out when I sound like him.
