I have an R1S Performance Dual w/max pack. The OEM tires are HL275/ 50R22 116H XL Pirelli Scorpion MS. I purchased and installed All-terrain Falken WildPeak A/T4W 119/116S 275/60/20 tires.
Using the tiresize.com calculator, I came up with the following. Can someone confirm that they received the same inflation pressure recommendation (42 psi) and that it works? I'm new to this and we're going on a road trip this weekend with an Airstream in tow. I want to make sure I've got it right.
OEM Size (HL275/50R22 XL) Load Capacity: 2756 lbs. @ 50 psi.
New Size (275/60R20 XL) Load Capacity: 2756 lbs. @ 42 psi.
