VehicleID Now Null - Graphql data

Has anyone had their vehicleid go to "null" after having one assigned? It was there yesterday in the graphql data, today its showing null. I sent a message to my guide, but no response yet.

I had the same happen to me. They gave me a vin with BM and i told my guide I preferred FE. 2 days later my vehicle went to "null" and my 8 steps went away. Communicating with my guide on when I can expect new match since I sold my current ICE car anticipating my R1T delivery was within 2 weeks

Yes, this happened to me (twice) when there were issues between production and delivery. In the first case, my R1T was on a truck that got turned around and sent back to the factory for an unspecified issue. On the second it failed QC and sat at the end of the line for 10 days before they gave up on it and assigned me a different truck. Took 3 weeks between the first time it went to null and when I took delivery.

My theory is the vehicleid I was assigned to has been allocated to the R1 shop. I talked to the guide yesterday and she said "we still have that vehicle confirmed". I don't know if she knows about the vehicleid; I suspect not.

I'm now debating about changing up my config to see if I can match to a new vehicleId or do I wait it out and see if a new id shows up.

Yes, I had this happen to me also, got a new one about a week later
