Very low volume from rear speakers

Today while driving with four passengers in the car, we set the fade to favor the rear speakers as much as possible. The volume was really low, we could barely hear the music until we turned up the volume really high (almost double what it was normally). It almost seemed like some of the rear speakers didn't even work or were missing.

What do other people experience when moving the fade to be as rearward as possible?

Edit: we have a Gen1 R1T with elevation audio.

I should add that we were listening to Apple Music.

Do a soft reset. When encountering glitches, always try soft reset first. Just as you would a misbehaving phone/computer.

I’m experiencing low rear and almost no woofer output after complaining about vibrations from the rear woofer with strong Bass. This is How the vibration complaint has been addressed. I was informed the original woofer was replaced but now sounds like a transistor Radio With almost no bass sound from the woofer.
