Visor Removal?

Anyone know how the visors are mounted? Is there a cover to pop off to access screws or some type of clip?
My passenger visor (the actual mount) is loose and I'd like to get it sorted without a service ticket!

You just pop off the base to expose a single T15 screw. That screw threads into a clip, which in my case had been smashed (brittle and popped apart when i tried to bend). So, I need to try to get a clip from Rivian or fabricate something to replace it.
