Seeing a lot of good deals on MY23 and 24! Rivian itself it going hard on incentives. But refresh is around the corner. Thoughts from the group? Grab a deal now or wait for the MY25?

deals on 2023 or 2024 will still be available after the refresh announcement in just few days… why commit now if you can have the full specs of each version to make your mind soon ? There at least two lengthy threads on leaked details about refresh features. Read those, weigh against your needs and wants to decide for yourself.Seeing a lot of good deals on MY23 and 24! That doesn’t sound re assuring. That makes me nervous that higher trims won’t come.Current (pre-refresh) models are going quick. I was working on getting an R1S lined up and my preferred colors, wheels, etc. were gone. One popped up and my guide and I were able to snag it quick.
My logic for getting in on deals now before refresh is that rumors are prices won't go down on refresh to allow Rivian to finally make a profit. Sounds like they are starting at lower trim levels, so was worried about range on smaller battery pack and less performance motors.
So, in the end I went for the great lease deal offerings on Quad/Large R1S. I asked Rivian Guide if he thought I would regret with some of the changes coming in the refresh and he said, "I think you are well informed buyer and won't regret it".
Just my 2 cents.
Atlanta seems to have more inventory on the site last I looked... only 2 white R1S on site for DenverThat doesn’t sound re assuring. That makes me nervous that higher trims won’t come.
Yeah Atlanta has a good amount, but I don’t see my spec. However, if I were to do pre refresh, it would be white/ocean/dual/performance dual large pack. But I hope if the refresh releases soon, it will bring the higher trims and not just the lower.Atlanta seems to have more inventory on the site last I looked... only 2 white R1S on site for Denver
White and Ocean seem to be most available. I did Quad/Large in LA Silver / Mtn Black with 20" wheels, which for leasing was much cheaper than Perf Dual / Large - estimated approx $100 less on lease per month with all other factors (amount down, etc.)Yeah Atlanta has a good amount, but I don’t see my spec. Such a simple decision for you at this point: Wait 5 days. Next.Seeing a lot of good deals on MY23 and 24! Rivian itself it going hard on incentives. But refresh is around the corner. Thoughts from the group? Grab a deal now or wait for the MY25?
