Wall Charger connected and working but not populating session history on app

I installed my Rivian Wall Charger last week when I took delivery of my R1T. It is connected to bluetooth and wifi, and the onboard charger is noting that it charges the vehicle appropriately, however when I look at my app it records no charging sessions despite the fact that there have been 3. Any suggestions?

I have the same issue. I’m hoping that after I receive the new update to the truck, it will begin populating the data. The good thing is that the truck is charging and everything is connected and working as expected - just no history. Mine shows up just like yours.

I contacted support about this yesterday. It seems there is some issue starting 9/1 and there is an upcoming app update to fix it. I had history up until 9/1, then it stopped.

Thanks for that intel. The latest software update didn't fix it so I'll sit tight. The onboard charger is feeding me info so I can be patient.

Just got off the phone with service. I reset my truck (left control plus hazard button for 15 seconds) and force stopped my app and when everything restarted it worked.
