Just for clarification, are you referring to the powered tonneau cover, the manual hard cover, or some alternative?

Lots of folks have made DIY covers that slide into the tonneau slot. Search around the forum a bit.

I adapted a $160 soft tonneau for a Maverick and am very happy with it.
