yes. FSD pulls off to the side of the road and puts the hazards on. FSD also detects accidents and automatically pulls off the road too. FSD also performs minimum risk maneuvers and pulls off to the side of the road if you don't take over and cameras are blinded. It's all level 4 behaviors from robotaxi

These are v14 behaviors which are not tested

Even when it didn't do that it also just stopped in the middle of the road with the hazards on

It seems like stopping in place would be a straightforward thing which requires no effort to implement
