Just found out my truck shipped out on the last train. No matter where you live they tell you 6-8 weeks, pretty sure I could walk there in that time and I’m in UTAH.

Your guide should be able to give you some idea of how long the train takes to get to your SC. I was told it takes around 2 weeks for Denver so it shouldn’t be too much longer for UT.

Did it ship once the vin was assigned ? Or was there a waiting time frame till it shipped?

They stated it was coming via train but never gave exact details of when it was placed on a train. Additionally in speaking to other people in Utah 4 weeks is a good estimate of the average so far.

VIN assigned 1/19, delivered 2/17 in the Bay Area, CA. My guide had been telling me that my truck hadnt been shipped until week 3, then suddenly said his info was wrong and had been in a train for over 2 weeks. ?

I live in San Diego and from the time our guide said it shipped to when it was ready to be picked up was only 3-4 days. Took us by surprise.

My vin was assigned on 1/19, it shipped on the 20th, arrived at the Salt Lake service center on about 2/13 and it will be delivered on Saturday. I know when it arrived at the service center because my office is only a mile or two away and I’d drive through the lot pretty much every day looking for it, haha.
