So I found a build in the shop that I liked; however, it comes with 20" All Season wheels/tires. I thought those were only an option on the Standard pack and not available on the Large or Max? Even still, I'm not mad at having the 20" rims; however, the 22" rims are a $2k upgrade on Standard builds, so shouldn't the build in the shop be $2k cheaper than a custom build with all the same options except for 22" rims?

Here's a picture of the shop build (left) and the custom (right).

The one with the 20s is a unicorn. Like you said they aren't supposed to be available with the Dual Max. Maybe eventually you'll be able to select them and in that case they probably will both be considered base wheel options for the Dual Max and therefore the same price.

But you won't get $2K off by selecting them for a Max. Still a good option for someone who wants the tire options that 20" comes with.

This is how it works with most car manufacturers. You don't get credits for getting something cheaper than a standard choice.

Yeah, you all are right. I heard back from Rivian, apparently the 20" wheels are the standard now, but if you build a custom config, they're including the 22" wheels as a "free upgrade."

For the shop vehicle and built out one, everything is even out. The 22" Sport Brights are considered an "included" tire for the Dual Max when you custom build it. On the shop vehicle, those 20" All Seasons are included because we do have an abundance of those tires, and they are considered as our new "standard tire". They replaced our 21" Road tire from a while ago, essentially. That is why those 2 vehicles are the same MSRP then.
