You have to do this in the Alexa app. Install the app and log into your amazon account. Then you will be able to go to the settings page (More/Settings from the home page) in the app where there are all sorts of things you can opt out of.

There are also some really useful features in there, like setting your music service default - this is what Alexa will use to play music when you ask for a particular song.
Ah thank you! I was looking in the car and on the Amazon website. I’ve never installed the app but I guess now I’ll have to. Thanks again!

Rivian R1S
I’ve had my Rivian for nearly a year with very few complaints. However, lately, when I use Alexa to find channels or music, it’s become a continual effort of the R1s trying to sell me stuff, mostly it’s music subscriptions.

coming to work today it tried to sell me the newest release of B.B. King, tried to get me to sign up for a three month free subscription to Amazon Music and told me that one of my favorite bands has a new release I can purchase.

Seriously, the last thing I need is being spammed driving to work by my truck
I have a Spotify account and Alexa used to play music from it in my R1S. Alexa suddenly stopped playing music from Spotify, though, and keeps trying to set up a Prime music account. Alexa also says I can set it up to play from Spotify in the app (which it is), but Alexa still isn't using Spotify. I think it is a sneaky Amazon "bug".
