FYI - my service center provided me with a 21" spare and kit. The wheel had slight cosmetic damage [I couldn't even see it]. Paid $800.

How do you even get thru to anyone at the service center? I can’t get past the 800 number people and they just keep telling me I can’t get a spare kit Until it gets added to the gear shop in however many months.
