WTF is going on with creating a service request?

Yeh it also automatically deleted my previous issues I submitted but didn’t make an appointment because nearest service center is well over a hundred miles away. I’m in upstate NY Albany area and an upcoming new service center has been talked about for couple of years now but no official announcement yet. How can Rivian services all tens of thousands R2 in near future is beyond me!

Poor experience here too - went through the hurdles to get an appointment, then once the SC contacted me I confirmed the issue and they reported that the system filled out a totally different problem. Changed from a 2 month wait for a week service into a drop in, same day, two weeks out.

My photos didn't show up either, after 2 tries. But I later got two toast messages that the photos were added.

It was pretty simple to navigate the AI assistant to get an appointment. In fact, I showed up this morning to one, and was told the appt was for yesterday (yikes, my mistake) but they still took the car in and I had it back same day (minor issue).

It seems recently, I no longer get a call from a rep confirming the issue and appt time, everything was through the app.
