Your Delivery/Utah SC Experience?

I am having delivery complications (so close and yet so far!). Last week, something failed as they prepared to load the vehicle for delivery. Now I am waiting for a part and a repair. Don’t have a clear timeline on new delivery yet.

For those of you who have got your vehicle from the Salt Lake SC, how has your experience pre- and post-delivery? Have you been happy with any post-delivery repairs your R1 needed?

Mine was great. Showed up on time for delivery in Park City. Delivery specialist walked me through setting things up then we went for a drive. No sound would come out of the speakers once he set everything up for me, so we opened a service ticket on that. It eventually fixed itself after it slept for a couple of hours, and then the OTA update a few days later specifically mentioned it fixed this issue. Spent about an hour with me.

I did notice a few minor fit and finish issues after he left which I opened another service ticket on. Taking it in next week to have those addressed. I’m experiencing phantom drain of about 6 miles per day, which to me is pretty high. Installing the latest software (.19) did not help despite others seeing improvements after that update. I plan to bring that up when I take it in as well.

My spare was installed when they delivered the truck despite several people reporting that theirs wasn’t. Home charger arrived via UPS while delivery specialist was at my house. Roof racks arrived about a week later and all weather floor mats are scheduled to arrive today.

Pleased with the overall experience thus far.
