Taillight Connection for Camper Top - PLEASE HELP!!

Hey folks!
I installed an Autofit Pro camper top on my 2025 (2nd gen) R1T last year. At the time I searched and found a posting on how to connect the brake light. It looked a bit involved, so I put it off. But now my state inspection is coming up, and I'm guessing they are gonna want to see a working brake light, so I pulled up the post

But the wiring must differ from the poster's wiring, because there is no black wire included in the section of the harness he describes (located in the driver side rear door frame).
With numerous R1T toppers out there, I'm hoping someone has updated recommendations for the newer R1T.

Suggestions??

You should be able to use the trailer connector now, as there’s an option to set it as an accessory and not a trailer.

This is what I ended up doing. I bought a 3rd brake light logic module from E-Trailer (https://www.etrailer.com/Accessories-and-Parts/Pacer-Performance/PP20-702.html) and used the included diodes on the wires from the left & right brake/turn signal wires. Tied to wires with Posi-Tap connectors. Seems to be working fine! I routed the wiring as indicated in Rivian's instructions for their 3rd taillight plug in light.
So glad to finally have this sorted out!!
