Woohoo! Green on green is arguably the best color combo Rivian has ever released; I think Rivian could have really supercharged LE R2 orders with launch green and forest green combo, both matching that LE key FOB.
Fingers crossed for Forest edge coming back long term for more models and not just limited release or just the Quad models.

I find tan interiors quite elegant, even though I am smitten with Rivian's Forest Edge. It's hard to beat or get more iconic than deep-dark green with a tan interior. Is this not the epitome of "old money?"

Haha. I don’t know about old money, but you can’t beat British Racing Green. It’s been a MINI staple for years. That and the white roof and side mirrors. Rivian’s Forest Green is a close match. I can’t wait to see the R3X/R3 in some different colors and interiors.

Bought my used 23 R1T a little over a month ago. Matte El Cap with FE interior.

I was NOT convinced about the FE, but everything else about the truck was exactly what I wanted. Picked it up w/o my wife seeing it, and was concerned she would not like it.

She did, and it's grown on me, and not like mold does in a wet interior in a PNW winter

I am now happy with it, and appreciate the rarity. I applaud Rivian for stepping outside the box.

I am glad I did it

I’d recommend Forest Green. Not many green cars on the road and it pairs perfectly with Forest Edge.

I’m seriously considering trading my 23 LE Launch Green R1S on a forest green FE R1T. I really wanted FE in it but got it from the shop on a deal so pulled the trigger on the black interior. My biggest concern (other than the $30k difference) is how much I would miss my quad. Anybody else considering this or have an opinion?

Absolutely love the FE interior on my LE Green R1T. It’s just a nice contrast to either black or white.

Unless you really need the quad for some unknown reason, I think you will be very happy with the extended range you get from the dual max pack. The older we get, the less the need to do 0 to 60 in under 2 1/2 seconds, and the more you do 0 to 60 in that time, the older it gets.

The California Dune interior is very cool and unique. I love the two-tone look.

Coastal Cloud on the R2 looks similar, but with gray on the bottom and white at the top and obviously not as nice material finishes. It doesn’t have a dark headliner like yours either, which I think looks really good.

I posted an idea elsewhere on the forums where I think Rivian should do a dark headliner (dark green, dark blue, or black), but with tan or warm brown seats and/or wood trim. Call it Midnight Forest or something like that.

i’d love a forest green and forest edge combo..my partner will just have to suck it up.. vetoed forest green for the R1S purchase and later said ‘oops, that actually does look good’. It’s been haunting me ever since, though i do really like the limestone too.

So when I get an R1T or maybe R3X or w/e I’m getting forest green, and forest edge =D
