Not really sure what this means for my chances of it being ready for delivery by the time my R1 lease is up on the 12th, but good to see some indication of status.

Yep, just got the same email. I ordered Esker Silver which I know is a bit delayed so I am guessing this is just Rivian acknowledging the order to renew my faith and that my vehicle will be ready S=0==0=N...

Why do you think it will be that soon? Hopefully it is but just wondering what data points you have that indicate these vehicles will go into production within a few days.

Preproduction email received today, ordered with Launch Green on 6/9 but updated to Esker Silver on 6/25

Why do you think it will be that soon? Hopefully it is but just wondering what data points you have that indicate these vehicles will go into production within a few days.

Based on 300-500 units a day and about 1K invites were sent out on the 16th. That would put production completion on Monday-Wednesday. This is assuming none of the ordered had already been filled last week.
