Redondo Beach, R1T LE, May/June Launch Green.

What color did you choose? I think we are the last of the LE R1T being delivered.

My current LE config is R1T, Launch Green with Black Mountain, 20" AT, Off-road, Gear Tunnel Shuttle.

I have been waffling back and forth between Launch Green with Black Mountain and Rivian Blue with Ocean Coast or Black Mountain.

I saw both Launch Green and Rivian Blue at the drive event. Can't go wrong with either. LG w/ BM and RB w/ OC. I'm sticking with the Launch Green with Black Mountain because it is a limited run color. I was interested in forest edge interior but once I saw it, I don't think it was worth the $2,000.00 price increase. Don't get me wrong the dark brown wood would look amazing with the black mountain interior.

They are using the app to contact you?

I found out from others that when the process starts they assign a Guide through the app. before communication starts. Not sure on exact timing but shortly after that you arrange a phone meeting with the guide to continue the process.
On the App you go to account then to customer support. If you have a guide assigned it will inform you at the top stating. "Your Rivian Guide" followed by their name. you can then add them to your contacts on your phone.

I would imagine they aren't. The app will show contact information for a Guide if you have one assigned, but won't push notifications for communications or even do anything more than link you to your default email or SMS app.

correct there is no push notification you have to look in the customer support section.

We are practically neighbors... Would enjoy talking at some point after you get your R1T (or even before). Are you anywhere near Cal State Fullerton or near the 91 part of Yorba Linda?

Hi there! I also have a preorder coming around Dec 2022 (I'm in Torrance). I have the same spec you do. I hope when there are more Trucks and SUVs in LA we can start to start a Rivian Club. If there are no clubs when I get my truck, I plan to start one in LA.

I would be down for that... At a minimum get some contacts of people nearby who can recommend places to protect their Rivian (paint correct, PPF, etc...) or see if it is worth it.

Im here in orange county, in the beach cities. For ppf and ceramic coating I emailed the guys over at octintspros or something like that and they gave me a quote within 15 minutes.

I am in San Diego and have an Adventure R1T red canyon with black mountain interior on pre-order with an estimated delivery window of July-Sep. I also hope to get the camp kitchen (when it is available) and a RTT. I am looking forward to taking the Rivian camping. Is anyone else planning to do the same?

Hello all. I was very late to the game and didn’t put down a deposit until January of this year(at least I got the better pricing). My current Etron lease is up in September but I’ll prob extend it 6 months since it’s a dirt cheap lease for this market and there may be small chance I get Rivian by then. I really would like to test drive or at least sit in one prior to taking delivery. There don’t seem to be any events coming up in SoCal. Have any of you been able to sit in or test drive one?

Inglewood, R1T ordered in 2019. Delivery date pre cancellation was September 22, still waiting for the pre-order to be reinstated. When we all get ours, we should definitely have some meet-ups. Down for off road adventures, overlanding, camping (ordered camp kitchen), mountain biking, surfing etc.

No guide yet - Looks like Ocean Cost interior is the hold up for me as some have a guide with Black Mountain interior with an order date in the year 2020

Ocean Coast will be worth it. Love that light look!
