just got a guide assigned today! For those who recently got guides assigned, what seems to be the consensus on delivery? Imminent. Or are they finally just getting things moved? Have emailed and texted, not on her calendar yet

Ive got an April May R1S too. Keeping my fingers crossed. Supposedly R1S are being made for employees now. No CS contact yet.

Where did you hear that employees are getting R1Ses? Would be great to have confirmation that they're not just building one-offs for the c-suite.

R1S just doesn’t seem real to me yet since they haven’t shown it to the same extent as the R1T. I’ll be very surprised if we get April deliveries in large numbers. Hopefully I’m very wrong.

I’d be interested in this as well. We heard from a couple of places the R1S was not part of the employee program only the R1T.

I know for a fact that it is not part of the employee program. However, that doesn't mean that they don't get early delivery.

Just finished a chat where I asked about being assigned a guide since so many here are suddenly having one assigned. Was told since I am in the April-May delivery window not to expect to hear from a guide until at least April Fool's Day (my words, not his...). Had my hopes up after seeing all of the deliveries arriving in Denver recently, but alas, t'was not to be...yet.

It was from a personal conversation from a person very high up, but it was also during a wine tasting, so I may have misheard exactly what was said ?

I just got off my call with my guide. Estimated delivery in April. One thing I did notice is when we talked about the Off-Road upgrade package is that the under body protection is the add on and the tow hooks are standard in the LE package. He said that if I added it back to my build it would delay my delivery. He also said that no Adventure Gear would delay a delivery.

He said that if an item is out of stock or back-ordered they would ship it to you. Granted we were just talking about cargo bars and the recovery packs.

I think you may have misunderstood. He means that the inclusion, exclusion, or availability of Adventure Gear WILL NOT affect the timing of vehicle delivery in any way.

Interesting, I was told if I take OFF the under body protection it might delay delivery. They are trying to build the most expensive configurations first, me thinks, so that is why not having any adventure gear would delay a delivery. Although they did make me take off the Camp Kitchen and said that it could be purchased for the old price once its available and they would let me know.

Dang, I’m May-June (R1T LE LG FE)and would prefer to drop the off- road package now as I only want the tow hooks.
Guess I’ll wait till guide contact to see if it will delay my delivery.
