The 25k produced this year are expected to be weighted toward the back half of the year. Next quarter will start to prioritize R1S builds and then it will all accelerate into the back half of the year.

It's one of the reasons why Steve Jobs was so effective. Dude was a sociopath/borderline, but that made him completely at ease with responding smoothly and calmly, whiel actually addressing the core point, when he was asked hard questions when he or his company had fucked up.

There will never be anyone like Jobs again. Good and bad lol.

Well they "can't" at risk of the stock dropping to 30 tomorrow which is why they won't.

They are not getting semiconductor shipments for only a couple hundred vehicles a week. I don't buy the supply chain blame game for only 1400 vehicles in 3 months....

If they are not ordering in lots of thousands, they are really doing something wrong.

When asked, RJ and team would not provide a daily production rate. They danced around with the "2x the exit rate of 2021".

Sounds like R1 production may slow to get Amazon vans delivered so Amazon has them for holiday peak.

I would guess that Amazon would be much more understanding about the impact of the global supply chain disruption than some of the armchair logistics experts in our midsts.

I JUST WANT TO POINT OUT THAT IF THEY START SHIPPING DUAL MOTOR VARIANTS IN 2023, THEY WILL PUSH OUT THE LOWER PRICE LOCKED QUAD MOTOR VARIANTS THAT PREORDER HOLDERS HAVE.
