Yes, guide said if I choose a different interior (which I wanted) delivery would not happen now, so went with Black

I was offered a test drive. ... in New York. I live in Seattle. Originally my res was for New York.. you know, 3 years ago, but it's been Seattle for a while.

CS confirms my location shows as Seattle but is unable to get me a test drive here or even identify why the computer is allocating me to New York. So.. now I'm wondering if I'll be contacted about pre delivery only to find out it's for New York.

I’m jealous of people like you who’s orders move so fast! I was told over a week ago my truck was built but haven’t heard much since. I signed my preliminary buyer’s agreement and now I twiddle my thumbs in anticipation!

Congrats on the imminent delivery! Sounds like they are doing weekend deliveries too??

Betcha they are having a fun time fixing all of this in salesforce(from what I’ve seen that’s their CRM), and SAP(or Oracle or whichever ERP they use) and and and… ?

I spoke with our assigned guide yesterday. We have a Nov 2018 pre-order with a March/April time frame. I was told delivery could be as late as end of May, sooner if possible.

We had ordered the pull out trey for the gear tunnel, which they removed because those aren't coming out soon and apparently the camp kitchen is out a ways as well.

Sorry, I just reread my post, and I was a little excited and what I wrote might have come across as boasting or taunting to all of you who have been waiting as long as I have. I didn't mean it that way. I was just excited and hoping to give a little hope to any others who, like me, had started to believe it would never get delivered.

But to answer one of the questions above, yes, my interior is black. Launch edition. Large pack. Silver. Sport Bright 22".

When I first started working with my guide, she asked me to confirm my configuration. She offered the opportunity for me to change my configuration at that point, but cautioned that any changes (even changing to different rims) would delay delivery, but she couldn't predict how much the delay would be.

Interestingly, she initially said they would like to have my vehicle to me by the end of April/early May, even though my delivery window was initially quoted as March to April. So I was very surprised that, after I confirmed my configuration, things moved so rapidly.

So, I think it is likely that my vehicle was complete at the time of our initial contact (and possibly already in my delivery area, since the first available delivery date was only 4 days after the purchase process link was activated) and the initial quote of late April/May was to allow for any changes to the configuration or snags in the purchasing process.
