I couldn't say, maybe he delivers enough consumer electronics and goods to know what things are by where they ship from. Maybe he's opening everything in his truck and tetsing it out before delivery. If he's doing that he's wasting his talents as a delivery truck driver and he should've told me my last package wouldn't work so I could've saved the trip to return it.
