Does the wrist band key still exist?

Has anyone with a recent delivery gotten one of the wrist band keys that they previously talked about? I took delivery about 2 weeks ago and did not receive one. Is it still a thing?

I signed a form that said it was missing at pickup.

Got a call from Customer Service today verifying it was still coming and telling me how to configure it when it arrives.

So it's a thing for sure.

That’s funny, when I talked to Customer Service today they had never heard of it and had no idea it ever existed. ?

What about the dry box that the keys are delivered in? I've seen multiple deliveries with it and multiples without. Seems completely hit-or-miss. Is that a TBD item as well or just a luck of the draw?

No box for me but I did get the wrist band +2 cards and the fob. I was a little bummed there was no water bottle in my cup holder though

The “adventure gear” accessories I paid for (rack rails, field kit, floor mats) are coming at some indeterminate time in the future. The rest was just shouting into a void with no indication I’ll see them.

I love my truck, but this has not been a positive auto-buying experience for me.
