Long time lurker.. made an account just to add another data point that my order hasn't been restored yet on the website. I reinstated and also confirmed with CS that I would be back on the list. Yesterday, just to make sure, I asked CS again and they mentioned that my order was flagged to be restored.

It is a bit concerning some are and others aren't. I wonder if it has something to do with original order dates or location... because it seems like a fairly simple thing to update all at once.

Their speed at renewal suggests a manual process and a huge number of cancellations.

I'm sure you will get reinstated if they confirmed you are on the list.

My guesstimate is that Rivian lost 1/3 to 1/2 of all reservations after the price hike announcement.

Logged into my Rivian account for the googolplexth time, wondering if the icon for my March-fiasco cancelled R1S will magically reappear. No dice. I have plenty of "proof" that Rivian acknowledges and accepted my request to restore the Pre-March R1S order.

Would help to hear from others in same boat.. misery loves company :headbang:

Might want to contact CS. I think most orders should be restored by now.

I just received this email from Rivian yesterday. Other than this, I haven’t received any “Friday” update or price reverted back emails except the letter from RJ on 03/03. So I am assuming they are definitely working on it but a little slower than we expect. I did send restore email on 03/03 and also live chatted with online CS to confirm maybe 10 days ago.

Some poor person is slogging their way through sales force and SAP concurrently…oof

I am still waiting on my order reinstatement. I have confirmed multiple times with customer service. Like people have mentioned, they must be doing every order manually.

Has Customer Service confirmed that they received your request to reinstate your order? They should have. As long as they did, via e-mail, then you should be fine and it's likely just a matter of them getting the final ones updated.

Has Customer Service confirmed that they received your request to reinstate your order? They should have. As long as they did, via e-mail, then you should be fine and it's likely just a matter of them getting the final ones updated.
Yes it is confirmed my order is on the list every time I check.

Likewise I am still awaiting restoration of my 2nd vehicle (config'd as R1S) deposited in Jan '22. Also have multiple affirmatives from CS reps that system shows it was approved to be reinstituted. Really sucks feeling left-out only because of the dumbass pricing maneuver.

Rivian is slow. Still waiting on my order reinstatement.

I have all kinds of confirmation from Rivian acknowledging my second order will be reinstated. But it sure is taking a long time. I fear they may have a policy of dragging their feet when it comes to reinstating a person's multiple order (more than one). My situation is a hybrid since I kept my original (2020) order for a L.E. R1T but placed a second order this past January. When the pricing fiasco occurred I decided to bail on the 2nd slot. With the pricing reversal now getting it back has obvious appeal.

Similar situation here, 2018 pre-order and already received that R1T, but made a December 2021 pre-order for Max pack and promptly cancelled that on March 1. I've been reassured it will be reinstated, but still haven't seen it.

I used to see it in my app, but after taking delivery it disappeared.
