Hotspot not turning on

I have used the hotspot a few times in my truck but in the last few weeks it will not turn on. Button goes yellow for a few seconds then turns off. I have tried numerous times and yes I have good ATT service where I am trying.

Anyone else having this issue?

Have you tried an infotainment reset?

I was having this issue this morning. Also voice turn by turn was not working. Called support.

They suggested the reset (holding left/right most buttons on the wheel for 15s) as recommended by @No.92 and that fixed both problems.

FYI the reset fixed this issue. Hope I don't have to do that often. Also fixed my Alexa not working.

This has happened to us twice, requiring an infotainment reset.

I have been trying to use the hotspot but it won't turn on. More accurately, I can toggle on, but the screen icon shows off. If I exit settings then go back in the hotspot is off again. I have reset the infotainment. It didn't help. Any ideas?

Ctl-Alt-Del has been the go-to fix for miss-behaving PC's for the last 40yrs, now I guess it's the EV owners best friend too ?

Mine stopped working too but more of a LTE/WiFi connectivity issue.
