Rescheduled (again) to THURSDAY at 4! ?

Between a split PenFed financing mailing a check USPS, PNC not supporting Plaid, and calling an audible and selling my car to Driveway, this has been much more anxiety inducing than expected.

Hopefully everyone goes OK in less than 48 hours.

Congrats on the news. How is your timeline with trading in your car with driveway and buying the truck? Basically How many days ahead are you trading your car in to driveway? I worry about being with out a car.

If you can, I'd just wait a couple of weeks to make sure you get the Rivian and it doesn't die on you?

I wish I could and it definitely makes sense with all the issues people are seeing. I just dont know about forking up the 50k cash for the down payment I plan on using

Signed PBA today! Told 3 weeks expected delivery/factory pickup but most likely sooner they way they are cranking out my configuration.

Serious question though ... how y'all not checking your email every 5 minutes to see what's next?!

Holy moly, I hadn’t heard of them before, but just went through the initial form and they offered me $10k more than anybody else for my Tesla

My delivery was originally scheduled for later today but my guide reached out and asked if I could get off work early yesterday and take delivery.

I cannot get over how amazing the truck is. The sound system is phenomenal. My Hellcat had the upgraded Harmon Kardon system and this easily rivals that. Acceleration is on par too and yet it's a truck! So many awesome features.

All set up has been so seamless. Accepting delivery through the app was simple and quick. Syncing my spotify involved just scanning a QR code with my phone and tapping accept. I love that Spotify is native instead of over Android Auto. Creating a profile for my fiancé and adding her phone as a key was so easy. Very impressed so far. The native GPS seems pretty good already and should improve over time.

I got the underbody shield and they were able to show me the difference while I was at the SC. I definitely recommend it both for protection and for streamlining the underside of the vehicle. Everyone was so passionate and knowledgeable at the SC.

The fit and finish is very impressive for a brand new company and their first vehicle. I didn't find any panel gaps or obvious major issues.

For everyone that's in the process or should hear from a guide soon, it's worth the wait! It's impossible not to smile while driving this thing. S00n!

Can you let us know what they showed you as being the differences for the off-road vs standard? I still don’t really know how to tell them apart.

Absolutely.

The underbody shield is completely flush and a bit darker (more carbon fiber?). When there isn't an underbody shield you can see grooves (almost stripes) and there's some significant recessed spots. This confirms to me what @CarterGee alluded to in his post a few weeks ago regarding being more aerodynamic.

Absolutely.
