Noted in a few other threads, but they are unrelated, so probably good to have it's own topic. Mine periodically disappears and then reappears the next time I sign in. Has been doing it for at least a week, maybe 2.

I saw that too. Mobile only, it's still there for desktop access.

Maybe I wore it out by checking for my guide contact too many times a day....

I've seen that happening too, but if I refresh my screen it comes right back every time.

I just checked mine.... it's still intact (for now anyway).

I think this may be a reminder for everyone to have a configuration summary printout saved on their computer.. just in case.

Mine was there yesterday, but gone this morning. I checked on desktop and using mobile....gone on both. I have logged out/in several times....still gone. I chatted with CS and that was worthless....they didn't know of any issues, but would notify their "teams".

Just checked and yep, still gone.

Edit: Just checked on my work computer and the question mark is there on that one. It looks like maybe session/website issues? And still no Guide assigned. :crying:

I've seen this before. In my case, it resolved after logging out and back in. If that doesn't work, try clearing cookies and cache.

They figured out this was how people are checking to see if they have a guide assignment and hatched this plan to stress us out by randomly taking it away.

Only way to make it stay is to put in another order

For me, it's gone on Safari but still there on Firefox. Definitely a website config issue.

EDIT: Interestingly, in Safari, If I go to my account > Personal Info > Support Team the embedded window opens as a blank white window with no support information listed. If I do this in Firefox, it behaves normally and shows all support info.

When I do get the ?, I get the white window regardless of browser or PC/Mac.
