last two chats I have had with CS about this topic were strange.
one was yesterday and one was today. Both chats with different people indicated the following:

1. email update coming before the end of the week. "not sure about Friday, but def coming before the week ends".
   wait what? when was the last time anyone got email on saturday or soonday?
2. my update might just say that my window has not changed!
   

At this point, I think CS has given up on cleaning up mess created by the comms team!
they are just telling people what they want to hear! kind of get out of my office/chat answer.

Given our experiences it could be both. Maybe the email hasn’t gone out to any of us yet but when it does you won’t get it.

Logically, if the emails are in line to go out today/tomorrow, somewhere in the system everyone already has an updated delivery timing.
There is absolutely no way that emails with updated delivery timings can go out without everyone reservation already having an updated delivery timing.

If its somewhere in the system, I am sure CS can see it.
I pressed CS on this and tried to see if they can just look it up and share that info.
I will get it in few hours anyways! so whats the big deal?

I got a couple of different emails this morning. I have been assigned a guide as well as to confirm my configuration! Not the emails I was expecting, but super excited. I had to check them a couple times to confirm what I was seeing.
