Email. I got the "Seamless Process to Purchase Your Rivian" email in mid June. Then got a shop invite stating "You Now Have Access to Our R1T Shop" just a few days later.

This thread has been my guilty pleasure (being months away from my delivery window). I look forward to seeing a screen shot of the inventory… but it’s been so much quieter this week. Im feeling withdrawals… Anyone with access browsing their options at the moment? If so, whatcha see??

I would fly across the country to take any of those yellow or blue.

I am starting to wonder if this inventory is in fact regional. I pulled the trigger this week on a Shop truck and got a VIN assigned that seems pretty current (87xx). My guide said that the truck is currently in Normal. (I'm in California.) No reason why that truck couldn't be sold anywhere in the country... My best guess is that maybe 1-2 trucks make it all the way to an SC and then up in the Shop, but I suspect the bulk of them are being sold right off the factory floor.

So tough seeing my literal config sitting there and not being able to do anything about it! I wish my guide had access to these hah. Someone please take those El Caps for me!

This has been my (and others) suspicion. I think the highly desirable builds with spares, ATs, etc might be local. But the unoptioned trucks with 21s I think are batched and all come straight from the factory.

That's because those that got access are now out driving Rivian's and no time to post. LOL!

Yep that's been my thought too. Which is why it surprises me to see any "from the floor " batches with 20" AT (e.g that CY/FE visible to all the R1 store users). You would think all the 20 AT's would be consumed to known consumers rather than the filling in the manufacturing batch

confirmed my config this morning - LA Silver with BM interior and 21" with spare.

Curious to see what R1 shop access looks like/available configs. Definitely open to Forrest edge interior and other exterior color options.
