Depending on the size and shape; functional mud flaps, I'm guessing similar to removing the aero wheel covers!?

yea he is the OEM flap guy for Hyundai, Toyota, Bronco, etc.

But why leave the holes up front? I'm already dealing with enough rocks hitting the factory PPF there that it has holes already.

Having a giant hole in the flap defeats most of the purpose of these things.
