4/20/19 R1S order —> 23 July/sept estimate - seem right

Preordered R1S 4/20/19 and just got estimate for 2023 July/sept in NJ (4 years). Does that sound about right based on others estimates? Given the delivery has already shifted 3 times, I wonder if I will even get it in 2023
Trying to stay patient, but I am now on my second bronco already FFS (cannot recommend highly enough by the way)
For those who got earlier windows, I am excited for you and hope the deliveries arrive for you!

Thanks for the levity given the bad news email today - needed it.
good luck with you reservation - hope it arrives earlier for you. I think there will be a flood of cancellations which may move up some of the orders which are two years out

I thought ford botched the ordering process for the broncos….but rivian has made ford look like a well oiled machine (at least in my case)

My timeline isn't as bad as yours, but yeah..... I'm losing faith rather quickly.

With interest rates and inflation through the roof, and a rock solid 150k + mile 4runner daily driver that has been nothing but wonderful, It would be very easy to walk away and never look back.

They've proven time and time again they can't keep their word. Fool me thrice....

As a Toyota guy I feel ya. At 150k that 4Runner is barely broken in. Love those thangs

Doesn’t sound right unless you missed the LE window. You should be Dec/Jan or Jan/Feb with that order date

I got 6/2019 pre order and same window as yours. Forest/BM/21's/Shield , original estimate was Sept/Dec 2022 I think the 2019 year orders got hosed

It was a pretty standard build…..non-LE. I even spoke with a guide and they helped optimize it for early delivery.
Good question…NJ has tons of R1Ts i am beginning to feel like a subject in a case-study

Similar pre-order date as mine (maybe a couple of days earlier than you).
We got an estimate of April - June 2023. So it will be at least 4 years when it shows up.
It’s just a car. Don’t stress.
