Hard to get an actual count from the responses but I’m estimating 8-12 R1s. Maybe we can convince an Amazon driver to roll in with an EDV

Would be great to get some drone footage if anyone that’s coming by happens to bring one.

I have a DJI Mavic Air, but I’m not sure I want to be the event camera person/drone pilot as I need to “beat feet” around 10:30am. 8-12 Rivarians would constitute a quorum, but I thought the count from this thread was a much lower number.

DJI drones most likely won’t let you fly there as they are geofenced for airspace. Right next to Renton airport class d airspace.

But I’ll try to be there, depending when I have to help my gf move….Rivians sound way more fun

I'll see if I can make, but will be a bit late if I do. I've got an alternative recovery kit from Gear America and a set of recovery boards that I can bring along.

@PappaBolt I was thinking something right off of a major arterial, like “The Landing” area. Maybe meeting up at the old Fry’s parking lot (next to Lowe’s) now vacant. It’s right off of 405 and central for N-E-S-W Puget Sound “Rivarians” (name I gave to those who own Rivian’s). 25 minute drive for me (Covington area).

I would love that I live in Renton but I think the Fry's area is closed off. Across the street in the "Landing" Target parking lot there is a fast charger and plenty of space. Baring crazy issues at work. I'm in for where ever with my Blue R1T.

Agreed, I’ll update the location. I’m counting 13 responses with interest in attending, not including the likes. Hopefully we’ll get a good turn out. No rain in the forecast.
