Will keep this readers digest as many have written detailed reviews.
SD SC is cool. Employees are amazingly friendly and knowledgeable
R1T is simply an incredible vehicle and gives a phenomenal driving experience.
Here is the list of observations relative to other experiences by posters on this forum.
Vehicle Tock - Doesn't exist on my vehicle. Dead quiet at all times. Maybe this will change. Will post if it does.
Window Noise - Not detectable even at high speeds
Powered Tonneau - DOA. They disabled it and said I will get the new version when it arrives. Doest bother me at all.
Pulling left or right - Did not experience that. Steering wheel is square and she drives straight. Lane assist was a bit of a pain with our scraped and repainted lane stripes on I-5. It was easy to disable.
Efficiency - Quick road trip down to San Diego on I-5 (with bouts of strong acceleration) and return up over mount Soledad and stop and go up the coast. 55 miles and 2.33 Kwh/mile. Very good in my opinion.
Vampire drain - Will be monitoring. left the vehicle at 268 miles last night. Was 274 this morning. Now sitting at 218 after 55 mile road trip. Will check again tomorrow.
Stong Regen/One Pedal - Absolutely awesome. Drove down the steep side of Mount Soledad and didn't touch the brake once. I am used to smelling burning brakes on my ex-F150. The Regen braking is incredible.
Panel gaps - No issues
10/10 on expectations................could not be happier!!!!
Good luck to those who are waiting! It is totally worth the wait. Mine was almost 3 years.
