Superb, thank you! This forum is so useful. I thought I had looked all through the app, but apparently not. Will test the tire pressure thing tomorrow.
Glad I could help, with the updates it can be hard to track whats new or whats changed. A few days ago they changed the location of the charging history in the mobile app. Some of us thought it was gone, until someone found it where it is now. So it may change locations again next time they do an update.

1) Have to outside mirrors tilt down when in reverse. My Lexus LX570 & Nissan Titan XD P4X did this. It was super helpful.
2) Launch mode. Maybe unleash extra power out of the motors. Looks like there is a little more power on tap. Hell, I would pay a little bit for this.

I'm guessing the number here has to do with SAE J2908 testing but I haven't felt like paying for the document to read through it. There's probably an implied drivetrain loss that is inflating the number versus what Rivian says since there is less drivetrain than a typical vehicle.

My vote is for allowing users to change tire size configuration, either by tire size or tire diameter.

Launch mode with a more theatrical IP.

Sport mode IP changes. More info. G forces. Cooling system temps. Battery temps. Or just give all that on a tech screen, too. I geek out for that stuff.

Had my R1T for a few weeks now, and my OTA update wishlist so far:

1. Dashcam abilities
2. Access to cameras/Gearguard through phone application remotely (even if at a energy consumption cost, this would be incredibly useful and ease anxiety at times)
3. Side mirrors tilt down in Reverse (I struggle to confidently reverse using screens personally, so I still use mirrors and turning my head in all modern vehicles. Something about my spatial awareness not syncing through a screen?)
4. Add windshield defrost to cabin preconditioning (DREAM CAME TRUE)
5. YouTube Music integration
6. Maybe a wee graphic on how climate control systems are affecting energy consumption?
7. Full time odometer and configurable to be trip odometer on screen ahead of steering wheel

Hoping Rivian is using these community spaces to creep/listen to their early adaptor customers. This truck is spaceship already, but the ability to continuously polish through OTA updates is new to me and such a radical prospect.

My #1 vote is to allow battery preconditioning through app prior to departing on a trip. Since temperatures have dropped here, the range drop at the start of the drive is noticeably greater than when the temperatures were warm out. My Model Y has this feature, which can be automated to start at a specific time of day, and it makes a noticeable difference when you start your drive in cold weather.

Since the R1T also preconditions the battery in-transit as you approach a charging station, I assume this is a feature they could add (and maybe already plan to?) without a lot of trouble.

I, for one, would find it very useful.

Be realistic….

For me:

My biggest gripe is the Alexa integration, more specifically Amazon music. It’s very buggy.

My air vents behave a bit strange, it appears they do not remain the same position I leave them in when I return to the car-despite the settings on the screen remaining the same.

I also wouldn’t mind a discrete prompt when opening the drivers door to leave the vehicle “running, while locked the keep it cool, inside. Without having to do so from the phone app.

The windows work fine, but the auto-down, auto up isn’t terribly intuitive imho. Wouldn’t mind them being a bit quicker too.

For me:

- RESUME function and AUTO LANE CHANGE for Driver+
- Apple Music (Tidal??)
- AUTO MIRROR RETRACT when arriving home and entering garage (or have Alexa do it on command)

1. Enable the side flood lights to be switched on at low speed. Camp mode enables them, but only when in Park. My Lightning allows them to be turned on up to a speed of 6mph. Comes in very handy navigating a dark driveway at night.

2. Fix the HVAC. I like to keep it at 68F in winter, and even on really cold days it's still blowing freezing cold air unless I crank it to 72F.

3. Noisy air compressor. It comes on frequently even if I haven't changed the suspension settings and causes noise and vibration in the whole cabin for several minutes. Seems like it's not well isolated from the vehicle body.

4. Option for Rivian approved running boards. I'm 6'2" and even in kneel mode, it's a challenge getting in and out of the vehicle without putting a lot of wear on the seat side bolsters. Will be watching for feedback on the EVSportline running boards, they look very promising.

5. Really need a compatible rollup tonneau cover. Doesn't have to be power operated. But if it can use the space allocated for the now discontinued Rivian tonneau, would be great not to lose additional bed space.

Overall a great vehicle. Few more tweaks would make it outstanding.

Since the software seems to be becoming less stable over the last few updates I hope they can reverse this trend. Seems to be one of the downfalls of frequent OTA updates. As for my top 3 picks for future OTA updates they are the above plus:
1. Dashcam
2. Nerdy info on pack temperature, voltage, motor temperature, battery usage breakdown...
3. Manual control of battery conditioning.
4. added functionality of driver assist, auto lane change, availability on secondary highways...
... Yes I realize my top 3 picks technically include 5 distinct improvements but what can I say, I am needy.

I’d like the ability to somehow see a replicated image of my iPhone on the main screen that would allow me to play the media on my phone through the truck’s sound system. It would also be cool if the phone and the truck could interact and let me send and receive text messages via voice. And the cherry on top would be a way to use all the navigation apps on my phone to get where I want to go. I’ll bet someday Apple, Google and car manufacturers will figure this out.

I doubt they will roll this out before they start charging for the data plan.
