It’s so hard to tell who is in the right when these lawsuits happen. The company would obviously prefer that none of their staff go on and work on any competing projects, but they also can’t pretend the skateboard in general was unique to Canoo. They would have had to basically copy it part for part for this lawsuit to be successful.

Given Congress’s propensity to throw bottomless money at anything that is .mil, they may just get bailed out by you and me!
