Thank you all! 4yrs 2months and 26days was a long painful wait with all sorts of emotions but in the end nothing mattered when I looked at my R1S on my driveway.... lol my wife was saying that I had similar emotions back when i was looking at my eldest for the first time and confused what to make out of it

Normal, as I am like only 2 hrs from there. Initially had the whole factory tour and pickup planned but had to backout of it due to work commitments

Yes, I believe so. You’ll know in the next day or 2. It’s a good sign to lose access to the shop.

I don't get any of this. There are actually not that many different ways to configure a vehicle. With tens of thousands of reservations there has to be dozens upon dozens of same configuration with a list of others waiting for it. So if one buyer backs out they should be able to match every vehicle to another reservation holder waiting for the same vehicle. What circumstances manifest a menu of unsold vehicles. I don't get it.
