We had a small snafu - a few orders got packed with extra bolts, but not the TP55/T20. And we had a couple fedex box destructions, where the bolt kit fell out of a blown box. Anyone who contacted, we've shipped replacements or they found a local TP55. The bits are IN the hardware bag:

@EV Sportline , I got my running boards delivered, but there doesn't appear to be any instructional documentation included. I know there are videos out there on how to properly cut or remove the panels which is great, but is there an actual manual on what screws go where? I have two bags of screws of various sizes and as someone who isn't the most savvy at DIY stuff, it'd be nice to have an instruction guide on at least this part. If it's out there somewhere and I missed it, my apologies, just send the link.

yes, written instructions and template are here, https://evsportline.com/blogs/news/rivian-r1t-r1s-buyers-guide-to-running-boards-and-rock-sliders

or scan the QR code on the box label (if it survived fedex) - it goes to this link. Thx!

Let me know.
Just spoke with the lead designer of the running boards at ev sportline. He said that they do carry the bolts as well. You can probably contact customer service and see if they can send you one to replace the one you stripped.

So what’s the deal? Is EV Sportline not including TP55 in these kits? Just got my order and no bit.

You would think after the countless number of missing bits posted here they’d do a better job on packing those… unless they’re being cheap and “forgetting” to include the bit.

Not sure how to magically make bits appear in the few kits we shipped accidentally without bits, but i would if I could. All new shipments have the bits. Also, at least half of the missing bit claims have been from folks not looking in the hardware bag, where the bits are indeed packed (except for those few that got extra bolts instead of bits). Fastest way to get replacement bits is call us directly. No, it's not cheaper to "forget $2 worth of bits", then rush a set to a customer.

If I happen to be missing parts on any order, EV Sportline or otherwise, I contact the vendor directly. I can't imagine why they would deliberately leave out a part! That makes no sense.

Correct! And tip: contact the vendor directly, fastest way to resolve. Posting on forum, with no info about who you are or what your order number is = slowest way to resolve :)

Obviously contacting vendor is the fastest way, but because this is a public forum with many customers waiting for their orders; I’m voicing my situation so others may expect the unexpected, as I should have.

I plan to get one locally, as I am ready to get the installation done today, or this weekend. With it being a Friday, I wouldn’t expect to see the appropriate hardware from the vendor until mid-to-late next week.

All good otherwise. All my hardware was excellently package, with only a single cosmetic imperfection on an edge of a step plate.

Okay thanks, apologies again - trust it kills me to have a $2 part mixup cause grief for customers, we put that bit in because it's not in most toolboxes and wanted that convenience for everyone. We'll get it right!
