We are updating the file today. we added a 5" mark on each page, you can measure after printing to make sure it printed properly sized. If the 5" measures 5", you're good. Will be posted later today....@EV Sportline
I think most folks are going to want to drill holes. Well not want, but choose that method. I understand not printing materials but you should provide printed templates due to printer variances. My were all off a bit. The plastic pieces are very expensive. We deserve a lesser chance of causing unnecessary issues due to lack of templates.
The reason I say "hope" is exactly to "under promise, over deliver". If I were to say we ARE shipping May 3rd; every single person that ordered rock sliders will EXPECT a shipping notification come May 3rd. I do not want to 100% promise something (unless of course I can for sure do so) and then look like a liar; which I hope you all understand and appreciate ? We are trying our best to keep you all in the loop and updated as much as we can; however that can be difficult when you have hundreds of orders as well. Thanks for the communication. I agree that the product/ pricing seems excellent! And I am also in the 95% that prefer a good product.
But Brooke said “We hope to begin shipping these by mid May!” (Emphasis on hope).
So just concerned for more slips.
Thank you for all your work- I know manufacturing (and customer service for this community) is a hard thing! Please don’t take this as criticism, we are just looking for accurate (as possible) info.
? This is all my brain saw/read. Look forward to the May 3rd notification.... we ARE shipping May 3rd; ..... EXPECT a shipping notification come May 3rd
Thought I would share my solution to cover the 4” holes. More effort than Gorilla tape but worth the extra effort.Updated cutting template for R1T - clarified (separated 4" hole and "L Slot" options) - thanks for the feedback! We also tightened up the L Slot design a bit.

wow, not bad. nice workThought I would share my solution to cover the 4” holes. More effort than Gorilla tape but worth the extra effort.
Material links: ABS plastic sheets and Automotive Trim Tape (16’ needed)

Templates for Driver and Passenger side are slightly different. A Sharpie marker and kitchen scissors work well. I used a pot of boiling water to heat the ABS cover and form the slight radius to match the R1T panel. Then dunk in cold water while holding formed radius.
Clean covers and truck panels with alcohol before applying tape. Follow directions that come with the tape for temperature and cure time. The tape is super sticky.
I doubt the hole covers will ever come loose but my backup plan is to use small pop rivets and black touch up paint if they do.
Enjoy

Have someone help you maybe? Not sure other than the breaker bar...I got one bolt I cant get out. Any suggestions on how to loosen this one bolt from the frame? I've tried a breaker bar but it is awkward trying to push and hold the wrench to the bolt.
