R1S Shop access live with lots of inventory!

Just when I -- and a bunch of other folks -- finally got shop access, the shop (well, my shop) has been empty every time I've checked since 4/27. Am I missing the inflow of inventory because it is being sold almost immediately?

Do you see the one Rivian Blue in the shop? It has been the only one since Thursday. Usually you get some from Friday and then a new load on Mondays.

I have been watching both this thread and refreshing religiously. I was thinking the same thing about how dozens or hundreds just got access and anything that hits the shop will be extremely short lived. Wondering if I’m just missing it or like stated it’s more of a Monday through Friday thing. Also feeling a little obsessed that I have been lurking the forum with little posting by others over the weekend. Thinking I need to calm down. Haha makes me feel better at least someone else is watching/posting.

For what it’s worth, I found little rhyme or reason to new inventory going up in the Shop. Weekdays & weekends, all different times - sometimes late evening, well past regular business hours.

Don’t want you to be too obsessive, but also don’t want you to think you can ignore it on weekends.

EDIT: By way of example, I grabbed my vehicle at 2:30am on Easter Sunday after accidentally waking up. Had checked around 10pm on Saturday with nothing interesting for my preferences, so the one I grabbed must’ve went up between 10pm and 2:30am on a holiday weekend.

My guide told me I was approved for the R1S shop the middle of last week but I still haven’t gained access yet. My timeline for my R1S is July-August. I would love to snag a LE Rivian RB, OC (husband wants BM) but not sure if I want the 22 instead of the 20s (20s hit efficiency more but more replacement tires to chose from which may make up for the efficiency hit or buy a set of 21s for the spring and summer months when towing and traveling more.) I think I like the LG too - but without access or R1s available in the shops, unable to have an opportunity to make those choices anyway. Good luck to everyone trying to snag what they desire.​

Thanks for the info. I need to keep it @ $80k or less for tax incentive. Keeping fingers crossed for you that more will be in the shop.

For those with recent shop access, patience is key. I got access in March expecting many choices based on this thread. The first 2+ weeks, only 1-2 popped up every few days and quickly disappeared. It was beyond frustrating. Then in early April, I saw 20 drop at once and grabbed one. In hindsight I didn't have to rush because tons more dropped over the next couple weeks. So just realize the shop stock goes up and down, and don't get too caught up in the frenzy.

Back when I had access, at most it was 3 days without inventory and that was usually over the weekend. But usually something was there.
There is not a common time at which they add all the new stock to the shop. What I did notice though was when they add, they add over the course of about an hour or so; I was watching the Brooklyn shop. So if I saw one added, I would keep refreshing until at least an hour went by with no additions.
Could be very different now. Back then, there were a sh!t-ton of LE LG getting added daily.
