My name is Mike, and I have a (car) problem
Costco has them for $345/tire right now, and since they’re the same nominal height as the 21” tires (which I’ll be swapping back and forth between depending on season and use), seemed like a reasonable idea.

Have to imagine they’ll be lighter, and potentially more efficient, than the 65s. Load rating should be more than adequate (119). Don’t care about speed rating since I never get it over 90 anyway.

Looks great. Similar efficiency at stock size vs. the Pirellis?
Pretty similar, probably a little less efficiency. I have them at 58 psi. See other thread on KO2 for lots of photos and details.

what wheels did you end up getting?

if i end up going to 20's i am gonna run 60's as well but i don't rock crawl at all and never will so i'm gonna go for the trail terrains like i had on my tacoma. more than adequate off road and in snow for the once a year i am in snow.... 60's are definitely cheaper for any tire i've seen vs the same in 65.

I pieced together a set of 20” darks. A couple of them are nicked/scratched so it’s not a perfect set, but for what I paid, quite a deal. Planning to powdercoat them bronze s00n.

Edit: managed to find 5 wheels, 3 with tires. lol

Did you put the KO2's on? Would love to see a pic. Found this online and the sidewall looks awkwardly small

Not yet. We were in South America where, aside from a lot of ceviche and hanging with good people, I also managed to get Covid. Have been clobbered for almost 2 weeks. Going to postpone to clear a sudden backlog of other projects. Apparently my wife had other plans that I was not privy to.

I guess it's only a half inch smaller sidewall than OEM...
