Sounds like a dying goose. First time I hit the horn I was like WTF was that?!?

Same! I was like this really can’t be the sound. What the hell was that?!

800+ HP. 900+ lb-ft of torque and that’s what the horn sounds like? …was my reaction. Had it all built up in my head. Wish I had not tried it in front of friends. It’s embarrassingly anemic! Just my opinion of course.

Same reaction. I had to roll Down the window thinking must be great insulation. Nope, just pathetically weak.

Rivian actually cut cost by removing one of two horn speakers earlier this year. The earlier builds that have the better Meridian sound system, frunk 12V, etc. also has a louder horn.

People keep saying Rivian’s will get better over time. Nope. Waiting to get your Rivian means more opportunity for Rivian to cut costs in various ways.
